Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. There are trees in between my property and the property behind my yard that have overgrown and now are touching power lines. We can hear zapping sounds coming from a partially dead pine tree. The tree have also uprooted a portion of my fence, in the back of the yard. This is happening on the back end of the property, by the alleyway.
Jackson Creek walking trail is partially closed thick bushes, thrones and tress. My daughter got injured while riding her bicycle on Jackson Creek walking trail. Please clear the walking trail and make it SAFE to walk and ride cycles. Trail IS NOW DANGEROUS TO WALK DUE TO THORNY BUSHES AND TREES
There is executive tree growth on cascades/city property that is over growing onto my house and yard. I have had 2 of the cities trees fall on my house and fence in the last year. The first tree that hit my house the city came out and cleaned it up and they told me that there was someone that was contracted to maintain that property but no one has ever cleared or cleaned it up. When I called about the second tree several times I got no response and had to cut up the dead tree myself. I know my neighbors are having the same issues after talking to them. Thank you in advance

Weeds and grass has been allowed to become wildly overgrown along the drainage ditch at the bottom of the valley in Crestmont Park. There is no reason that should be happening. It's not to prevent erosion. Grass doesn't have to be 3 feet tall to prevent erosion. It just keeps it from drying out and causes it to attract mosquitoes among other things. In addition, invasive vines have climbed and wrapped around many of the trees and many of the trees are surrounded by overgrown areas containing invasive honeysuckle and others. Not acceptable in one of our City parks.
