The path was engineered to a ten foot width, and parks and rec director testified to council that b line conforms to engineering standards. Did an engineer sign off on this path width restriction right at its most congested point?

B-lune light 74 (near downtown Kroger) has been out for quite some time

B-line light 97 is unsteady - not quite a flicker or on off. its like it has trouble coming on.

B-lune lughts our: 71 68 66 62 (weak) 72 80. um sure there are mire to the south.
