Once again construction equipment has the alley blocked in the Alley between 6th & Kirkwood Avenue North of College Avenue. This continued issue is causing ongoing issues for the businesses on College to get deliveries and to have trash removed.
I'm writing in support of Goat owned by Kim Carballo, who lives on the corner of Driscoll and South Lincoln.. They don't smell, are quite, well cared for and friendly.. THey don't invade my garden like do Deer, racoons, oppossums, or skunks.. I'm in favor of her getting a variance to keep the goats..
