Temporary Signage w/o permit

"We Buy Houses" sign lying on big stones at the corner of College Mall Road and the entrance to Five Guys.
Same sign attached to a pole on E Third, between Panera and The Funeral Chapel across from MacDonald's.
Have a contractor remove the sign, send the bill to the advertiser! New signs seem to be popping up daily.

Red, white and blue signs: We Buy Houses - Any condition
One on the SE corner of Walnut and Winslow in the grass, and several more down towards the S Walnut Kroger store, but that most likely is outside your jurisdiction.

I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.
Blocked Sidewalk

The corner of the construction fence on E. 10th St. where Crosstown Shopping Center used to be (by Sobon and Jimmy John's) keeps getting pushed out more and more into the sidewalk, making it inaccessible to wheelchairs and a trip hazard even for those with no mobility issues.

Biking & Walking
210 N Smith RD
- Case Date:
- 9/10/2019
Treacherous bike riding jn "bike lanes" along Smith Rd. from E 3rd street up to 10th St. There are large sticks, large pieces of trash, grates that could cause tires to cause an accident. Bike lanes are no where near wide enough. You cannot count the 'gutter' area as a bike lane as its unevenness can catch tires and cause wrecks. Also, there must be several inches for a biker to be able to move over when a car comes around him/her dangerously close. You are asking for serious injury and even deaths if bikes are knocked out of the lane into the path of oncoming cars from either direction. I'd like to challenge anyone to try to stay in those dangerous, narrow lanes day in and day out on the commutes to work. If it is the law to allow bikers 3 feet for safety, cars need to see the definite boundaries of that 3 feet. Too many cars have passed me where I could reach out easily and touch the cars. They also pass me dangerously close to returning to their lane as oncoming cars approach.
Blocked Street
1230 S Fess AVE
- Case Date:
- 9/11/2019
South Fess Avenue has neighbors parking on both sides of the street despite having driveways. This is not just a tight squeeze for a normal car to get through, but the mail man cannot get through, and emergency vehicles like an ambulance or fire truck certainly would not be able to. Could a “no parking” sign on one side of the street be looked into for the safety of the South Fess residents and for Templeton Elementary School?
