Lights above the garage on 11th street are too bright and are aimed directly across the street directly into the houses there and they are blazingly bright all night long. Is this legal? They should point them down at least or put in much dimmer bulbs or shade them or something and stop being so inconsiderate. It's bad enough they keep spastic, maniacal, dangerous dogs tied up outside that bark for hours at a time. Now the lights are adding insult to injury.

Case #186806 is *not* "resolved". It has been over two weeks and the lights are still bright all night long. Has the City made any movement on this at all?

CVS has installed super bright new lights. We think they are breaking the city code that limits foot candles projected onto a neighbors property. We are immediately beside them and their lights are lighting up our yard and house. I have included an image from the middle of my back yard with only one of their new lights on. They are installing a dozen others along our property, 8 in goose necks, 2 others on the side of the building and 2 other pole lights! We are going to be lit up to the point where we won't be able to sleep at night. Can the city do something about this?

Violation of city code. This property is absolutely maxed out on % of impermeable surface, and yet they have another paving project. There are already flooding problems during heavy rains at this location, in the streets and surrounding properties. Please enforce this. The city and neighborhood cannot handle the amount of runoff from this property as it is. This needs to be enforced.

An extremely bright and misdirected floodlight was recently installed on the shed-like building on the south portion of the lot. The fixture is casting dangerously bright and offensive glare on the back sides of the adjacent properties and the front of houses across the street. Please ask the absentee owner to follow normal procedures and guidelines when making changes to this once cute house that has unfortunately been allowed to be dragged down to its current condition.

The "Grab and Go" store has a couple very bright lights on the west side of the building that shine on other buildings and that make it difficult to see when walking east in that general area at night Can the store be asked to redirect and/or shade at least the brighter of the two so that light is cast only on their property and not the houses nearby? It seems like a form of trespass.

Referring to issue# 192922: It is unclear why it was marked "invalid". The offending fixture is mounted to the upper NE corner of the west building at the back of the lot (the shack-like building located at the SW corner of the lot) and is emitting light aimed generally towards the N/NW, completely flooding the backside of 308 E. 12th with glare. The light also passes between 312 E. 12th and 308 E. 12th (see attached photograph), which then crosses 12th Street to light up *both* front doors of 305 E. 12th.
