Dear Whom It may concern, I realized that there are several kids (middle schoolers) are driving crazy with e-motorbike on the streets and park trails. These motor-bike's speeds are definitely over 30 mph, and I am sure that these kids doesn't have licenses. They don't show any respect on the traffic rule. Once I see that one kid drove this motorbike in the school zone (Childs elementary school) around 4 pm. They are not just racing but do some stunt in front of all kids. I see that they are racing there as a group sometimes on the park trails. I reported this several times to 911, but nothing changes. Please do some actions before somebody dies or serious hurt. South high school again has all kinds of business advertisements posted. The other campuses do not do this, why is this particular school in Bloomington exempt from regulations? Please address this.

This stretch currently has no pedestrian walkway on the north side, forcing people to walk in the street or on uneven grass/gravel shoulders to reach the businesses at Edwards Square Plaza. While a sidewalk exists on the south side of East 3rd Street, high-speed traffic in both directions — eastbound and westbound — makes it unsafe and impractical for pedestrians to cross over to use it. As a result, anyone walking on the north side currently has no safe option at all. Adding this sidewalk would connect an existing gap in the pedestrian network, eliminate the need for a dangerous crossing, improve pedestrian safety, support foot traffic to local businesses, and bring this section in line with walkability standards elsewhere in the area. We appreciate your consideration of this request and are happy to provide any additional information needed.
The crosswalk signal button is not working from the green Clean Car Wash
'Faded Lawns' sign in the grass, possibly in the ROW.
Now that there is a traffic bump on Kirkwood at Maple St, will the signs be added back that tells motor vehicles to stop for pedestrians when they are crossing Kirkwood? Traffic is still very fast and endanger pedestrians trying to get across Kirkwood. Thanks!
