N College Ave crosswalk next to CVS is just a standard crosswalk and I go down this street everyday home from work and it's very dangerous. I usually drive in the left lane because right lane has more potholes. I see pedestrians crossing this street and cars do not stop. I will stop in left lane for pedestrian but right lane does not see person crossing and has to slow down quickly. Would be nice if we can get a crosswalk that alerts drivers like the one on South Walnut Street. My fear is that someone will get struck by a car crossing this street. Today someone crossed I stopped for them and right lane car next to me almost hit them driving fast down this lane. I hope this can be taken into serious consideration. There are consistent problems of speeding along N Monroe St, especially between the middle school and Boys and Girls Club, where there is no speed limit sign posted. There is also concern someone could be hit at the intersection with 14th, as drivers will frequently go through the intersection without stopping.

Anthony’s Pets has open cages for rabbits, allowing diseases to be spread from rabbits to humans, or vice versa. Animals are left sitting in their feces with little water.

Cars drive down 10th street at dangerous speeds. I would like to suggest that 10th street between Monroe St. and Cottage Grove Ave. be a one-way street, as it is not wide enough for two cars and people often drive very fast. There is also no sidewalk, and I am often using this street as a pedestrian.

There is a dangerous intersection that needs a crosswalk and a stop sign. Cars zoom past the intersection and it’s hard for students to feel safe going between the luddy building and the Ai building

This light was recently installed, and it has caused me to be unable to sleep in my own bedroom despite curtains. My back yard is almost entirely illuminated (see image). I believe this constitutes a light trespass as defined in Bloomington city ordinance section 20.04.090 section (4) and lacks proper shielding as outlined in section (5)(A).

We need sidewalks on East 5th street in Green Acres. Students and other folks are always walking on the street. This is dangerous.

Note of demolition and rezoning request signs at this address. This is zoned R3 and is surrounded by R3 zoning on all sides. I want to register my opposition to the request because a residence with RU or RM design is inconsistent with nearby residences and property maintenance has been lacking. Past performance in this regard is indicative of future performance.

CVS has installed super bright new lights. We think they are breaking the city code that limits foot candles projected onto a neighbors property. We are immediately beside them and their lights are lighting up our yard and house. I have included an image from the middle of my back yard with only one of their new lights on. They are installing a dozen others along our property, 8 in goose necks, 2 others on the side of the building and 2 other pole lights! We are going to be lit up to the point where we won't be able to sleep at night. Can the city do something about this?

People consistently drive like maniacs exiting town from West Kirkwood Avenue heading west. At all hours of the day, including the evening and middle of the night, I hear people revving their engines like they’re on a racetrack—on a residential street. Considering there’s a school zone less than a half-mile down the road from where I live, it seems like there should either be better enforcement or more traffic-calming infrastructure in place.
