I live directly across from the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house and the light on their property shines directly into my bedroom window at night and on my head where I sleep. I was hoping it could be possible to make them turn them off? There is nobody living at the house right now so I am unsure how to go about asking them myself.

Sidewalk ends at my property (4151) and west to Smith road. Unsafe for pedestrians to be in the "walking" or "bike path" on this road. Unsafe for drivers. Suggest you put sidewalk in on my side, and return the road lanes out here to 4 instead of 2. There are too many wrecks coming in right over this hill because of traffic coming east off 46 into town and over this hill and it is always backed up from light at smith road. Recently expanded a gravel driveway to be much wider than I believe is allowed - along Dunn. There is another driveway just north of this one on Dunn which also appears to have been expanded. Both appear to be for multiple car parking for a multi-tenant house.
People consistently drive like maniacs exiting town from West Kirkwood Avenue heading west. At all hours of the day, including the evening and middle of the night, I hear people revving their engines like they’re on a racetrack—on a residential street. Considering there’s a school zone less than a half-mile down the road from where I live, it seems like there should either be better enforcement or more traffic-calming infrastructure in place.
There's no sidewalk here, which means I can't walk - or even bike - my kid to school this way.
Hello-There are regularly cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd St's a bit after 6pm.I wonder if there's a way for the city to make it clear to ride share drivers and customers of DaVinci that this is illegal and that they cannot block the bike lane. When there are 3-4 cars parked in the bike lane here, it really is no longer a bike lane and instead is a pick up/drop off zone. "Sending people to patrol the area" is definitely not working. Thanks!

There is no sidewalk connecting us to Acuff for adults and kids to walk on safely. With traffic increasing due to the development behind us, we’d like to request sidewalks please.
