yard overgrown, difficulty accessing alley

Since this building is no longer a garage, it seems that a full curb should be installed to prevent people from pulling up on the sidewalk. There are constantly cars parked on the sidewalk here (several feet in past the yellow painted curb (which is flattened because it used to be a garage). I asked the tenants to stop, and then today a dumpster showed up on the sidewalk. This is the North side of the "FAR" gallery building at fourth and rogers. Obviously this is frustrating to me but it's probably pretty annoying for the kid in a wheelchair who i see going back and forth to school and having to cross the street to get around.

Excessive growth onto the sidewalk, not able to pass and stay on the sidewalk. This spot is the northwest side of the lot, same problem on northeast side.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Corner of Euclid and Second Street, the owner on the HE side of the intersection has plants growing so high that you can't see any traffic coming unless you are out in the intersection. Very dangerous! I have nearly been hit several times!!! Please do something.

Euclid and W. 2nd intersection: visibility is greatly impaired for drivers turning off of Euclid onto 2nd here, due to overgrown grass and flowers in right of way on NE corner of intersection. Many folks have brought this issue up and it’s true that it’s quite dangerous to turn out of Euclid here. Some people say the homeowner does it in purpose to discourage people from using Euclid. I worry someone will get seriously hurt.

Side walk completely covered by bush. Must walk into the street to pass. House Faces Kirkwood directly next to Rose hill cemetery. Directly behind Bloomington parks and red house.
