I have called 2 times to get these 2 separate line of sight safety issues resolved. I have also filed a previous uReport case # 172894. However nothing has been done to resolve these 2 issues. I even included photos on original uReport. So I will file another uReport. The first public safety traffic issue is at the T-intersection of Allen Street and Bloomfield Rd. as you approach Bloomfield Rd. and are looking to your right. This intersection has bushes/small trees/over growth ect... and blocks your view completely. The second issue with line of sight public safety traffic hazard is when you exit Hilltop Court Apts. 1305 West Allen St. and look to your right and again your line of sight is blocked by over growth both these areas especially the first one needs trimmed way back so this problem doesn't come right back in 30 days. I am curious as to why no one has even returned a call to my cell or emails me back with the resolution ect.. Rest assured I will continue to pursue this up the ladder until it is resolved. There are two utility lights on either side of my property that are LEDs and they are so bright they shine in mine and my neighbors windows disrupting our sleep and other activities! They need to be changed to one of the amber dimmer street lights!

We request a traffic counter to show the amount of vehicles that do not stop at this intersection. Children are out more due to closure and too many times vehicles have made it dangerous for bike riding and pedestrians. Please please please take us seriously. Vehicles are going at exceeding speeds and ignoring traffic signs. Side walks do not have on ramps and children are riding bikes in the street and vehicles are risking lives of children.

Kinser Pike road and sidewalks have been destroyed for a long time now after the construction at 17th and Kinser. These should have been repaired right after the gas line construction. Do bad this isn't the Eastside or IU as you all would've had it repaired the next day

Dear all, I am writing you finally since I have been unhappy with the situtation of E Matlock Rd since we moved there around 15 years ago. The road should have a side walk on one side that goes all the way to the IU golf course (sure it would be great to have sidewalks or bikelane to Griffy Lake). But let's start small. Many people cross the bypass and go running, biking and walking in the area. Since they just come from the bypass the cars are often back to speed up again or come from the end of the street and speed up the hill. A lane for bikes and pedestrians or only pedestrians would at least protect them from always to watch every second. If out of a reason this sidewalk would not be an option please look into some speedbumps (maybe 2) on the street or at least one. People either race up the hill or down and it would be great to slow them down. It is a 30 zone but many drive 50m/h. Please let me know if there are talks about slowing down this street or putting in a sidewalk. thanks, Concerned citizen of Bloomington, Heike Meya

Cars are parked on unimproved surface on Monday, 9/5 at 11:00 AM. This is not entirely their fault, as there is no room to park on the street - it would be very helpful for residents if the city improved the street and shoulder of Palmer Ave on the 1300 and 1400 blocks to make parking safer. Because this is a rental property, and there is also a car in the garage, totally 4 cars on the property, HAND should also investigate if there are more than 3 unrelated adults living at this property.

Easement is completely overgrown with trash accumulating and is partially blocking sidewalk and makes social distancing nearly impossible along this stretch. This is the easement area for 1417 Bradshire and 1423 Bradshire. I believe these are rental properties.
