Hello. I live at 3210 Kensington Park Drive. For more than a year, one of my neighbors has kept a vehicle parked along the curb in front of his house. It is an old BMW and covered with a tarp. The vehicle has flat tires and is never moved. Not only is this unsightly, but interferes with city services such as leaf pickup, snow removal, street cleaning, etc. I do not have the address of the house it is in front of, but it is about 4 doors to the west of my home, on the same side of the street. It would be obvious to see when you turn onto my street. I'm not sure where to report this, so if this is not the correct department, please advise. Thank you for any help you can give to me.

We have cars flying down Ruby Ln heading to High Street. Our house is on the corner of Ruby and S. Covenanter and they fly down Ruby Lane and turn having headed into the ditch. My main concern is that cars fly down Ruby Lane and we have several families with small children. On the lower side of Ruby Lane there is no sidewalk and these cars are flying down the road. Their speed would kill a pedestrian or a child playing if they got hit. It would be nice with a sign or a speed bump to slow some of the traffic flying down E. Ruby Lane. We never see police officers patrol our neighborhood...not even when we file a report that we are out of town and would like beefed up security checks. The same culprits drive exceedingly fast down both E. Ruby Lane and E. Southdowns Drive and never get ticketed for speeding. If you want to get extra income for the city...that would be the way to do it. Set up a police officer and catch all the drivers driving too fast down these streets.

Car blocking sidewalk every evening and weekends. Difficult for neighbors to walk, push strollers and with little kids on bikes. The house owner rents out rooms and has limited parking available. One car parks on the street which breaks HOA rules. They could all fit in the driveway and share keys if a car needs moved. The address is 4301 cricket knoll. The owner is Megan Utley. Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.

Construction workers at this site on the west side of College Mall Rd routine park as many as three trucks on the sidewalk/ multiuse path. The only way to pass them is to step it bike into oncoming traffic.

Hello, there is a blue Dodge Durango that has been parked in front of 933 Buckingham Drive for at least 1-2 years. It now has a current license plate but it always has a flat tire. I believe it can only be parked there for 72 hours. Also, there are cars that park the wrong way on Piccadilly Street and are on the sidewalk.

East Kirkwood Avenue looks like a shanty town! Homeless are blocking the street, sleeping on the sidewalk, hanging clothes from fences and putting up tents!
