Start enforcing against IU golf cart type vehicles. Please require at least a slow moving vehicle emblem or lamp as allowed by Indiana Code for municipalities. Plus they don't use turn signals, don't get over to allow passing, etc. Arrogant, dangerous, and obstructive.
Bicycle stolen from behind our carport at 1120 S. Nancy Street. The bicycle was locked to the antenna pole behind the carport. The steel cable locking the bike to the antenna pole was cut.

I'm concerned for their safety. Robert purchases the marijuana from two co-workers Casey Daemon and her wife Tienisha Daemon. For the past couple weeks I've observed the same Domino's delivery driver driving southbound on Washington at a fairly high rate of speed between 12 and 10th street. I suspect he cuts west through the alley between 9th and 10th to return to the Domino's location. Can something be done to slow this guy down? This is happening in the evening and nighttime hours.

There is a big boat parked on W Sudbury Dr in front of a fire hydrant. This is a huge fire hazard to the apartment community near this road.

We live at Maxwell Lane and Stull, and take our dog out in the early morning to Bryan park each day. For the past couple of weeks, we have seen the same person in the North shelter in the very early morning, and it appears they are sleeping there. This makes us feel very uncomfortable, and we believe it is against the law. In addition, yesterday, my husband witnessed a marijuana drug deal happening in that same north shelter in the broad daylight, before the two men got into cars parked in that park parking lot (at the end of Stull). Please have police monitor this area more, and go to the North shelter in the early morning to see this person appearing to sleep here.
