This car has not moved for a week... someone appears to be living in it. Is this really acceptable? One week ago I was sent this email. David, Hello. Using this truck as a dumpster. This time the truck hasn't moved for over a month, last time a couple months. Never moves unless to dump. Wind blows garbage into street. Eye sore. Driveway is always a mess. I have more pics if you need. It's worse if it rains and content gets wet.

Abandoned vehicle, white sedan. Has not been moved for over a month, at least. Weeds are growing under the front wheels. If owner (at 612) claims it is not abandoned, it should be moved every 72 hours, according to the Code of Ordinances’ definition of an abandoned vehicle: Title 15.04.020. (2).

Playing music loudly outside the house in the mid night. It is 1:22 AM Sep8, this house is playing music loudly outside the house. It also play music loudly after 12: AM Yesterday. I cannot sleep.
