They are not even registered! 2 of these vehicles are parked on unimproved surfaces - also this property is a junk yard.

Elliston Drive, multiple visitors to this property at all hours of the day, individuals waiting in cars outside regularly who do not live there. Noise violation. Car alarm going off for 3+ hours from 10:45PM to 2:15AM (and it is still going on) at parking lot for 605 Fess. Car license plate number IN 138QS. Charges should be filed against the car owner and landlord for disturbing the peace. My wife, daughter, and I are still awake. The police told us, after being here multiple times, that they can do nothing. This is a clear violation and is unacceptable.
