We have received 2 complaints about the alley being blocked adjacent to this property. The alley runs north and south and is between Fatih Akin's junkyard and the mixed-use building on the corner. The overgrowth is from Akin's property. Justin, Lisa told me to assign this one to Adrian but the system won't let me.

There’s an abandoned van in this parking lot. The van’s door is open.Vagrants are living in this van. An arm was hanging out of the door in the van today-I guess someone was passed out in there. There’s trash all around it. This is located in the Railroad Park neighborhood behind Switchyard Park. It is directly behind Eye of the Needle-this is the 3rd complaint I made to the Bloomington Police Department about this occurrence.

This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.

Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.

I lost my wallet which contains my ID, driver license, credit and debit cards and most important of all a written copy of my social security number. I hope this does not come to bite my butt. I know I likely not get it back that is ok but if they use my social I would like this to be on record for me to get another one. So sorry if this causes issues later on. But I lost the wallet april 28, at around 4 or 8pm I realized i lost it at around 10pm. The theft used my card to make a purchase at chipotle. thats the last I know about it.
