Electrical outlet on the south side of Madison very near the 10th and Madison intersection in the Trades District. Hopefully the exposed wires aren’t live, but I didn’t want to touch them to find out…

Hello,
I manage Winslow Farm Community Association. The owners in Sweetbriar are complaining about homeless living in the woods between their houses and Graham Drive. This area is actually owned by the City - parcels numbers 53-08-09-405-010.000-009 and 53-08-09-405-009.000-009. Could the City please clear out the brush so it's not easy for people to hide here?
Thank you for your time,
Carole

Hello, there is excessive growth and illegal dumping behind my house at 1221 West 6th street. Someone has thrown a toilet back there. You can easily access the area via an alley way to the parking area behind the houses on Kirkwood. Thank you for your attention to this area.

Overgrowth on property that used to be Players Pub is insane and has continued to grow along the line of trees directly behind my building. I was told that this line of trees belongs to the City of Bloomington and I'd like someone to look at cleaning both the Players Pub property and the tree line up. It's become unsightly and unsafe with the current homeless population using the area for shelter and drug use. Thank you.

Referring to closed case #192360. Excessive growth on the Hunter foot path (between S Mitchell Street and Eastside Drive). A warning was given. To whom, we wonder? It looks like this foot path is city property, so should be maintained by the city. Nothing has been done as of Saturday, August 10,

The tree-lined edge of this property's parking lot is a well-known syringe drop/pickup spot. We have witnessed several syringes appear in a pile, then mysteriously disappear within hours. Most recently a bicycle was dropped in the weeds, then removed the next day. Transients sometimes use it as a public restroom. Trash has been accruing in this strip of overgrowth and blows out into the alley. As well, the overgrowth of weeds, vines and saplings encroach upon the alley, making it difficult to traverse by vehicle. Finally, vines are choking out the line of trees that occupy this strip. This is the least frustrating issue, but an issue nonetheless. All of the overgrowth and vines should be cleaned up so it cannot be used as a hiding spot, dumping ground, public restroom.

I received a call from a resident stating that there are encampments in the woods between AMC Theater and Moore's Pike. Not only is there trash and used needles scattered about, but this morning someone lit the site on fire. There is a smoldering mattress and plastics burning at the site. Burning plastics emit hazardous fumes,
