This is in response to ticket #192753, as well as several others I've seen/submitted. It does no good to have a ticket reporting system if NO ONE RESPONDS on the same day/in a reasonable time period. I submitted this earlier. If no one responds do the needs of Bloomington's people on a timely basis, then having this response system is COMPLETELY POINTLESS. Dunn St (over by the intersection of Indiana and 3rd) has been blocked off for days, and no one seems to care. If you aren't going to take residents' concerns seriously, then just delete these tickets and delete the tickets of everyone in Bloomington who counted on you to resolve these issues. I'm so disappointed in how the city has responded to the needs of its people. 430 S Dunn (the apartment building itself right there) and the road near 2537 E 7th St - are almost constantly LOUD or INTRUSIVE on other tenants' rights. I know all about "quiet enjoyment" and "constructive eviction" thanks to my lawyer. WHY does the city have a self-report function if no one responds within the same say or even the same week? My friend on Dunn St can't sleep because some of the residents are so loud and the company doesn't bother to change things. New residents at one of Pavilion's buildings (Poolside, 3rd floor) Either change would be much appreciated, but I'd love for tenants in this city to have rights respected by their landlords. Do something.

Is there a valid reason for a "Temporarily Experiencing Homelessness" person to be carrying a Kobalt bolt cutter on Kirkwood near the library? Does Ace Pawn rent these now? Why would such a person need to be carrying a bolt cutter?

Unhoused folks are gathering in the tree line behind the soup kitchen and setting up camp. This is a residentially area that backs up against the mailboxes of the homes in the area. Found many needles and have often heard screaming and fighting in early hours of the morning.

Hello, my complaint is about the Monroe County Court. Unfortunately there are other issues outside the statute of limitation because of how long it's been, including but not limited to discrimination. The current issue is that the Child Support Prosecutor as well as the child support office has set up a system utilizing their friendship with the judge in order to benefit themselves financially as well as career wise. They have and continue to blatantly violate people's rights to a fair and unbiased trial as well as the due process of law unfortunately, without any concern whatsoever to their clients/ the people and children of Monroe County. I was personally discriminated against by a judge who ruled a fake blatantly discriminatory ruling that didn't exist in law... My ex-wife continues to accuse them of stealing the child support payments over the last 6 years and they refuse to investigate themselves, simply focused on maintaining their child support base (they love mentioning how they don't care what are the kids are getting the money or not because I'm receiving credit for my payments.... "And that it's not my concern whether they get the money or not...". They only care about the credit they get for the child support in order to gain Federal funding and obtain bonuses, further investigation shows they're all friends on social media, exacerbating the theory that they are utilizing their position of power with the sole intent of benefiting themselves, and if my ex-wife is Right possibly even embezzling child support funds. I am currently obtaining even more evidence and transcripts that prove everything I've stated.

Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). 117 S. Heritage Rd. To my big surprise, the trash can lid came back so soon. Thanks a lot. This changed my mind a little. During the construction of Smith Rd, S. Heritage Rd from no car street became a supper high way, the one who is in charge of the construction did not prepared for the transition and when the situation got so dangerous, so many neighbors complained, only kept telling us, when the construction ended, things will go back to normal. That’s terribly unresponsive, I already decided that not to vote to this city government for next tern. Now, I realized some people in the city are more efficient, maybe there still some Hope.

The fact that you guys as a city decided hey lets wait until all the thousands of kids are back in school to start doing construction on roads all around bloomington. You had all summer and you decide to do it now, ive been late to work twice and missed a class start because of the atrocious decision making of the city. I am a college student and could have told you that doing it over the summer would have been so much easier on the workers, and residents. Maybe you guys should hire smarter people.
