Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Cameron called in again about us always missing his stop for trash and recycle. From now on both crews have been instructed to call me from in front of this location, sometimes taking a pic, sometime having the director to go to the stop to verify nothing is out.
