Last night, we moved our garbage bins to the curb, only to discover this morning that the recycle bin (with a yellow lid) has disappeared.
My case is #186418. It concerns the disappearance of our recycle bin. Adam Wason responded to me and requested my address. However, I am unsure how to reply to him directly. Therefore, I am using this system again to provide my address, which is 1200 E Atwater Ave, Bloomington, IN47401.
Both garbage and recycling bin lids have been broken for about a year. Recently, the recycling lid disappeared. I assume it got dumped into the truck, since it wasn't attached. At pickup today I noticed my recycling had not been picked up. Is it because there was no lid? How am I supposed to get new, functioning lids?
We moved our recycle bin to the curb of our sidewalk, but we discovered that it had disappeared by Tuesday afternoon. Please deliver a new one to 1200 E Atwater Ave, Bloomington, IN47401. Thank you very much.
I let you know there know there recycle blocking sidewalk east 1 street
Recycling was not collected. It has been at the curb since Sunday.
This morning, my large recycling bin had been shoved through my lawn with such force that it left a 15" gouge. I can't imagine this was done by a person pushing the bin. I believe it was caused by the lifting arm of the truck being used to push the bin across the sidewalk. I witnessed the arm being used in this way a few weeks ago when the same bin was pushed with such force that its wheels snapped off and had to be repaired by the sanitation department. I would like someone to investigate the way the truck arms are being used and train the sanitation crews to avoid damaging property. I would also like someone to patch my lawn.
