Hello, the wheel of my recycle bin broke off. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday and was told it would be fixed. I left the bin on the curb, but nothing has happened so far. My address is 3826 East Regents Circle, phone 812-345-3284 (m) or 812-335-8064 (h). The bin is still there.

Hello, I live at 4217 E Morningside Dr. This morning was our pickup and when I went to wheel my can away the right wheel is very loose. Still on but wobbly. I then noticed a divot in my grass right where the can was. Looks like the can return was a little too forceful! Not sure what the next steps are. Pic included. Dean Barrett [email protected]

Hello, your recycling website says both that plastics #1-7 are accepted and that all styrofoam is not accepted. What about #6 styrofoam? Thanks!
