Recycling center and curb side collecting suggest plastic 1-7 be collected. I understand that our recycling company is only processing 1,2 and 5. Is there a reason why we are collecting plastic which will be thrown again and when mixed with other plastics will make all disposable. Can we have a bin at the center for just 1,2& 5. Why are we saving?

It appears only recycling was picked up today on South Weatherstone, not trash. My trash was not picked up at 1203, and most of my neighbors have left their containers on street as well.
