We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Trash and recycle containers placed out Wednesday evening. Looks like one or two items were removed from each container leaving both containers nearly full.

Three to four trashcans fell off the sanitation truck into the road. Someone stopped and put them by the Woodline next to the golf course, by Tapp Rd and Rogers. Roughly 500 feet from the light.
