Stoplight and pedestrian signal where walkers (sidewalk) can cross New 37 to head toward Cascades Park. Pedestrian cross button and walkers signal in white light do not work.
The traffic signal at east 3rd and Smith Rd the south bound side of Smith Rd at east 3rd needs a left turn arrow to help with the flow of traffic. Cars wanting to turn left on 3rd have to wait for on coming traffic. Some cars don't move forward or scoot over to allow other cars to get around them. Sometimes only one or two cars make it through the intersection and during busy times I've seen it back up passed the train underpass and as far as 10th Street. I have reported this before and was told that was a INDOT light and INDOT said it was a city of Bloomington light. I figured whoever paid for the paving and handicap sidewalk improvements on smith road would be responsible for the traffic light. And with all the apartments being built on the east side traffic is only going to get worse. I've lived in park ridge east for 20 years and it has always been a issue. Send someone out and have them stand at the entrance of Park ridge east on morningside and Smith and watch the traffic. A left turn arrow for 8 to 10 seconds would keep the flow of traffic moving better.
If starting at Green Valley Drive and heading south (south west) on Normandale Lake Blvd, it is very difficult to see at the intersection of Normandale Lake Blvd and American Blvd W. (especially if turning left/east or going straight). This intersection has always been hard to see around due to the curve of the street (and was made worse when snow piled up), but now there is a new chain link fence and trailer for construction making it very hard to see cars coming. This has turned into a dangerous intersection with cars moving fast on American Blvd (especially those coming from the East). Even changing this to a 4-way stop during construction would help, but it really needs a better fix long-term. Thanks.
Requesting additional snow removal at the intersection of Wynndale Drive and West 3rd street. The intersection by Bounds and McPike Carpet is very slick and full of snow and ice. Cars are having trouble getting up the hill there.
I live on a narrow road that is circular. One way in; one way out. There are 10 homes on our road and 2 of the homes have small children. I like to be able to take my dogs for a walk on our road as well. Because of our wooded area, the heavy brush and the turns in the road, it is VERY difficult for a driver to see very far ahead of them or supposedly to drive more than 15 miles an hour safely. Many visitors and delivery/service people don't seem to be able to be cautious despite the conditions. At my own expense would like to post a sign that is 24" X 18" on or near a large tree that faces the entrance to my neighborhood. It doesn't appear that any one person owns the property that the tree is on. I wonder if I can legally do this or do I have to get permission from the street department? There is not a sidewalk and as I said, there road is barely passable for 2 vehicles. My dogs and I have had to run to find a safe place to be before cars come flying towards us or from behind. So when we have a 5 ft concrete sidewalk WE are responsible to clear it for the kids. As propertty owners. Then the city replaces it with 10 ft of asphalt, assuring us that we are no longer responsible for it. “We will take care of it, Parks and Rec will deal with it in a timely manner”. We get 0.7 inches of snow, the path is icy, and the city is nowhere to be seen. We have to clear the now TEN ft of path ourselves to avoid being sued. FU Hamiltlon! This is is less than an inch!

Starview Lane keeps getting skipped by the snow and salt plows. This is city street. I have called and no action taken last week. Now today again no plow or salt. Previous years I have had to call to get service. Please provide a reason this continues to happen and when I can expect service?

4000 E Morningside drive still hasn't removed limb laying in roadway that broke from thet since the snow. Don't like having to drive in middle of road around it.
