A request for snow removal practices going forward. The location is where South Morton ends at the Convention Center overflow parking lot. Vehicle traffic is stopped by three yellow bollards, but many pedestrians and cyclists use this road to enter the B-line from Morton St. In past winters, snow plows push the snow into a large pile that entirely blocks off the end of S Morton St, so even pedestrians can't pass through. In the past, I have shoveled a pathway through, but it takes hours depending on the size of the pile and how frozen it is, and I have to redo it every time plows come through, and I go through at least 5 snow shovels per year since they break from the amount of snow I need to move. Now I have a back issue, so I can no longer shovel a path through. Can you please coordinate snow plowing so that the end of S Morton is not entirely blocked? Maybe a smaller plow (like they use on the B-line) could work with the larger plows to keep the path as open as possible. Thank you.

There is a huge pothole in the Monroe Convention Center auxiliary parking lot, just west of the b-line trail, and just north of the paved road that connects the two parking lots. Four years this light has been broken. Turn lane arrow is triggered but no cars need to turn. I feel bad cutting through the alley in my truck with a loud exhaust waking up all those people in the morning but that is what I have to do so I don't sit and wait and wait and wait at a light you refuse to fix. The citizens of this city have lost more money idling in their cars burning fuel waiting for nobody but the broken light than it would have cost to fix. Do you hate the people of the west side?

The street has deteriorated so there is a large pothole when entering/exiting the entrance to the building at 116 S Madison St, Bloomington. Could you please fill the void in the street?

In mid June there was heavy storm damage on my property. Insurance company involved. A utility pole had to be replaced, but there are still a lot of cables on my property: in my fence, hanging from my trees, in my yard south of the fenced in area. My understanding is that the cables are Comcast (according to AT&T). I have contacted Comcast multiple times and filed a complaint against them with the attorney general this afternoon. When Duke came to replace the utility pole they didn't remove all of the metal security cables. They also didn't fill in the area around the pole enough. There is a big hole next to the new pole. There are exposed wires on it as well. Basically, it looks like an electrical hazard and it has kept me from cleaning up the tree that fell, do yard work, spend time with my family & dog in the backyard due to potential danger. I know this isn't an issue with City of Bloomington to address, but if you could help or advise on how to expedite the cable cleanup and make sure the utility poles are secure, straight, and that all surrounding wires are high enough on the poles I would really appreciate it. I'm kind of at a loss as to who else I should contact to get this stuff taken care of. Thanks!
