Can someone please check the timing on the traffic light at High and Moores Pike? It literally stays green for north/south traffic for enough time for one car to get going. Today I could hardly accelerate to get through before yellow and I was the first car in line! The timing is completely off! Thank you!
Fallen tree in the street.
Tree came down last night leaving debris all in the road. 2003 S Sussex or so.
There are two pot holes on south High Street in front of Childs Elementary Pre-K building (the first bldg south of the school.) The pot holes were repaired last year about this time but have reemerged and are a problem for drivers but also pose a threat to the children who walk to and from school. Street light is out at the corner of East Arden Drive and Sycamore Court.
Would it be possible to install a crosswalk button for pedestrians who cross the street on the corner of 3rd and Hawthorne? The light generally does not change to cross 3rd. unless there is a car at the light waiting to cross 3rd on Hawthorne. It ends up with people crossing on a red light and people speed coming over that hill it is dangerous. Thank you, Omar Alani

Pothole on street
This pothole near the southern end of Montclair is terrifyingly deep. There’s some other holes further up the hill that might be worth patching too.
last time when it was repaired the asphalt was packed directly on top of the old surface so it easily breaks away. There is also some settlement in this segment of the road. Please remove the cracked asphalt and pack new one down to the gravel. Thanks a lot.
