Just wanted to bring to your attention that there's some standing water issues here to add to your list! See photo.
Sidewalk was marked toward end of last year but nothing ever happened. Just wondering if anything will be done and what it was
Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. The homes on the west side of Bernard do not have off-street parking, so they must utilize the on street spaces. Thank you, Suzanne OConnell (Focus Property Mgt) 812.200.6128 Tel
I have faced multiple hostile-aggressive behaviors from men, women alike. Reported most of such complaints to relevant authorities, security personnels, etc.
No parking sign is down. The location is on 10th Street, West of College Avenue.
I recently bought a house on W Middle Ct, and there is a large dip in the road right in front of my driveway, so that most sedans would scrape their car coming in and out of the driveway. The problem is that the road dips dramatically in front of the driveway (not that the end of the driveway is at the wrong level). Other houses in the neighborhood seem to have had a similar issue and filled in the gap with cement (I’m not sure if they did it themselves or if the city did it). Is this something you guys can fix? Legally can I pour cement there myself since it’s a public road?
The sidewalk between 1703 and 1711 E Winslow Rd is overgrown with vegetation such that more than 50% of the walkway is blocked at some parts. 5 minutes with a weed whacker should do the trick. Thank you.
The trees block the sidewalk entirely and I have to walk in the bike lane to get across.
Part of the city tree fell onto the street, cannot really see it from this angle
