I was facing East on Indiana 45 and turning left (North) onto Kinser Pike. I didn't make the green left turn arrow and ended up in the middle of the intersection waiting to make an unprotected left. My light turned red but oncoming traffic still had a green, the oncoming turn lane got a green arrow. I was unable to clear the intersection, was unable to back up with cars behind me, and was blocking traffic from Kinser Pike when they got a green light. This is dangerous, I had assumed that oncoming traffic also had a red and would stop (as it had been for years), I was starting to clear the intersection by making the left when I realized oncoming cars weren't stopping. A turn lane where unprotected turns are allowed should not get a red while oncoming traffic still has a green.

The turn lights are very short. They only let maybe 3 cars through before it changes. This is especially an issue in the mornings when traffic is heavy. The worst light is when you pull out of Kroger and head towards 45 bypass

Lights at N Kinser Pike/W Indiana 45 Bypass and those at Walnut/College and W Indiana 45 Bypass get out of sync every time there is a IU basketball or football game. These lights usually line up green and red but currently when Kinser is green, walnut/college is red causing a bottleneck from the west (W Indiana 45) and north (N Kinser Pike). When these lights are synced up, the traffic in this area moves through much smoother.

Between 5am and 530am weekdays I travel west on SR46 and every morning the east/west traffic light on 46 is red, and the south/north N. Kinser light is green and there is no traffic (or rarely traffic) headed north or south, and the SR46 east/west traffic is forced to sit and wait for no good reason. If there are sensors for traffic at this intersection would it be possible, during early morning hours, to allow east/west traffic to proceed unimpeded when there is no traffic driving south/north on N Kinser? The crosswalk light is automatically coming on, even if there are no pedestrians, causing traffic backups for people trying to turn west onto 45/46 that are facing north on Kinser Pike.

The entire block of E. Hunter from High Street to Eastside Drive has not been plowed or salted. It's particularly bad between Rose and Eastside, and on the block of Rose between Atwater and Hunter. It's pretty much a sheet of ice covering the entire road. My 92-year-old dad hasn't been able to walk outside because it's too dangerous. I'm afraid to drive on it. Can someone please plow and salt this block so we're not trapped? Thank you.
