I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. Maximum speed limit 20 mph sign is hardly visible across from 727 W First Street, due to tree growth that is obscuring the sign.
Earlier today, July 19, I called to report a broken tree limb and spoke with Laura. She was very courteous and told me she would report this to the appropriate party. The service was outstanding - within an hour Daryl (Darrell?) was out to 4020 East Bennington Blvd and had removed the limb in question. He was courteous and did a fabulous job. There is a big soft spot that is now beginning to pump up mud on N. Oolitic Dr at the intersection of W. 11th St. Any chance of getting this fixed?

Wilton Drive: The pavement has washed away due to the water being directed from Arden Hills into our neighborhood. Please advise when our street will be re-paved.
