Large pothole on north-bound Walnut north of bypass just beyond McD's - wide and deep enough to do some damage to an axle, given the rate of speed vehicles are usually traveling on that stretch.

Sidewalks in Peppergrass neighborhood, particularly in Pepperidge and Laurel ct. north areas need attentions please! Some of the blocks are really crumbled and become like gravel!! Warm regards,

An enormous pothole has developed after the last snowfall at the NW corner of Maxwell and High. This presents a safety risk, since cars need to swerve into incoming traffic to avoid it.

Huge tire rating pothole at exit entrance to Arby's Eastside from Best Buy road that goes past CVS.

995 S Clarizz Blvd. Large pothole along entire entrance to IU Health Facility. Catches tires any way one goes in or out of the entrance. Hard on tires. Could damage tie rods and ball joints.

Large Pothole just east of Eagleson on Second Street.

Workers were grinding sidewalk at this location around noon creating large, visible clouds of silica dust. Per OSHA regulations, concrete grinding requires use of a vacuum or water to control silica dust emissions. Clearly these controls were not being used or were malfunctioning. This was happening right next to a school. Children shouldn't get silicosis because of a cement grinder's negligence. This is the second time I've reported the issue of uncontrolled cement dust from sidewalk griding, please do something about it.
