Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed. Intersection of Grant and 11th Streets is in need of repair. Multiple potholes make it dangerous for bicycles, etc.
