Speed limit sign going West on That road is laying on the ground covered. Hoping this getting fixed will discourage people from flying down the road.

Street sign damage.
Stop sign has been knocked down at the Southwest corner
These lights need to be synced, terrible traffic backup for no reason morning and night
This light is very impractical. Traffic is non-stop on 3rd street and for this light to be on a timer does not make sense for traffic of the environment. I get stopped at it morning and afternoon with barely ever any cars waiting at the intersection. 3rd /Woodcrest / Hillsdale
Along country club road there are branches sticking out in the road. They are hazardous.
Traffic jams daily east and west bound traffic at IN45/46, Kinser Pike, College & Walnut, Dunn. Traffic lights need to be synced to avoid this, sitting at a green light and not being able to cross the intersection is ridiculous. Has the increased traffic to and from Hospital been taken into account.
Fairfield Dr. is a 1-way road, yet there are no signs on many access points to signify it as such. Traffic often goes the wrong way. This is one frequent occurrence location.
The stop sign at Holiday Dr. and Franklin Dr. is frequently parked too close to. If the curb were painted here or a similar deterrent I believe I could safely drive through Holiday drive towards Franklin with cars parked on both sides much more safely than currently.
I was walking towards Winslow Sports Complex along Rock Creek Drive (heading west) when I saw a person drive his car on the multi-use path (between the houses) into the park. He turned right on the path and drove to the YMCA parking lot.
