As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. Water is gushing down Mitchell this morning--given the falling snow, I couldn't see the source but it was a few inches deep and starting to extend to Mitchell and 2nd St.

Hello, I have a couple of questions I would like to see if you can address. First, there are two Lime scooters at the corner of Orris and Monroe that have been there for 4 days. Is it possible to have these impounded? They are an eye sore and blocking the sidewalk. Next, will the orange fence around the vacant lot at the corner of 14th and Monroe be removed anytime soon? This is also an eyesore. I am asking only because it makes this part of town look messy and I do not think it deserves that reputation. Thank you for your time.

There is a large water main break outside of 407 E Varsity Lane in Bloomington IN, Water is pouring up from the sidewalk and causing a stream to run down the side of the house. Needs urgent care. Likely shutoff.

There is a drain on my front lawn that does not appear to be working properly. In recent rains and snow there is a great deal of water flooding the front of the lawn and takes several days to go away. It pools over the drain. It did not use to do this. Please contact me. Thank you.
