There are low areas from the pavement that are ackward and present safety concerns for walkers and joggers facing traffic while heading S on this narrow road way so, clean fill dirt is being requested that can more closely match the height of the roadway and make it safer to step aside when necessary without a significant danger of loosing ones balance.or causing an accident by an abnormal roadway height difference as the roadway shoulder more closely needs to matched to the asphalt height.
Flooding/Standing water accumulates between the street and our fence. Looks like this may be part of the easement. This photo was taken in January, but it is a continuous issue whenever it rains. Can you please contact me to discuss this? Thank you!

During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? Huge drainage issue in the north bound lane. Super hazardous for 18 year old drivers leaving South HS. Watched several 'near misses' today
The whole stretch of East Moores Pike between Sare Rd and Andrew Circle needs drainage work. Whenever there's even a little rain the ground either side of the road drains into the road for a week after. There's black ice all over it pretty much all winter and it's a fast road on a steep hill. During even light rain it's deep enough to cause hydroplaning.
Water runoff (consistent, day to day problem), from nearby/ adjoining (possibly restaurant/fine dining businesses) is a visual/ sanitary problem to pedestrians.
I am the homeowner and have recently built an attached sunroom with sinks at this address. I need to connect the water pipe from those sinks to the city sewer line, and so would like to request a detailed sewer line map of/around my property, if available. Thanks.
The swale to the west side of our home overfilled as storm water was backed up at the street drains which then flooded the window well to our basement on June 18-19. Although our yard is regularly flooded during heavy storms, the west swale was designed and dug by the City to carry excess water to the street. We believe this swale needs to be dug deeper and lined with rock to stop erosion from occurring to prevent future flooding of our basement. Please send an engineer to evaluate. This problem has been reported several times.
