Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street. My address is 903 W. GOurley Pike. (Your location map is confused.) I have a sickly cat at home and I am seriously concerned that if this continues he may die.
My bill has more than doubled and nothing has changed. Please contact me ASAP as I cannot afford this bill and have not been able to reach anyone via phone.
I did not get any notice whatsoever about high water usage despite the fact that a water employee evide to my property property. I am asking for a reduction in the charges. It was an internal toilet which hasbeen fixed. Please help.
I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.
I have already paid the water bill on 6th july but the amount is not updated in the online account. Can anyone take a look into this ?
The Blgtn Utilities payment website has been inaccessible all week. Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. But please see to the website? Thank you very much. stv
I will be leaving Bloomington on the 31st and would like to schedule a time for the water to be turned off for my unit.

I'd like to request a verified meter read to check for any changes in the water consumption and any possible faults with the prior reading or meter integrity. Nikole Smith update: I have reapplied to Perry Township trustee because of denial because of lack of communication from landlord. Also CAP has denied assistance. I have been referred to Trinity Episocopal Church for assistance and was told to contact them again in the morning. I have went to the courthouse to file a claim for lack of communication and negligence to compromise a conclusion for payment. I am currently unemployed but have a job offer but it is still in process for background check, and etc before monetary compensation. I do apologize for the inconveniences, and I am doing my best to resolve this matter.
