location is GOURLEY PIKE (my address is 917) horrible stench inside MANY homes on Friday 2/22/13 and yesterday 2/25/13 - toilets empty, bathtubs stained from backup. Odor enough to make you vomit - usually it stinks outside in our neighborhood - now it's ok outside, awful inside. I've talked to three other homeowners on the street - same problem, same days. HELP!
My utilities bill covering services from 01/02/2013 - 01/31/2013 indicate a charge of $61.76. My water was shut off during this period. Please suggestion an answer. Thanks
We live right next to Bachelor Middle School and was not awaken during the Tornado Warning by the siren that is on the roof of Bachelor MS. We have been awaken by it more than once in the past 2 years and when it goes off it is much louder than our alarm clocks so I do not believe that all 4 of us would ever sleep through it. My request is just that the functionality of the siren at Bachelor Middle School is checked. Thank you.
I also think we can create a wonderful place for midwesterner's to come, play, spend money, and have a nice vacation spot, this I think will play a key role in the future of Bloomington.
I think it would also be very advantageous to the city to create another huge indoor mall on the west side and if possible enlarge college mall.
I have a rental property located @ 519 W Graham Plc (Timberridge condos) they have informed me that there is a water leak and the information came from your dept. I am wondering if I could get more information regarding this and if your worker turned off the water @ the meter to see the needle spinnng or if it was determined by the usage??? I called but your automated service said try back later. I was also wondering if I could get a copy of this tenants bills?? Please either call or email me. Thanks Diane Casad Landlord
When the Utilities website was reworked why did they do away with me being able to see ALL of my houses bills on ONE page instead of having to log in to each one seperately? This is Very time consuming and I thought that it was suposed to make EASIER to use>

I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. Hello. I actually live at 410 S. Walnut, and I am beyond furious. You have workers "fixing" the roads on Walnut. They start before 7 everyday - which isn't even the problem. They shut off the water without alerting us. I have an important class I have to attend today looking horrible because I was not alerted to the fact that our water would be shut off. I am beyond disappointed. I can't even eat my breakfast this morning because oatmeal requires water. We deserve better from you.
