We have recently purchased the home at 835 Sheridan Dr. Bloomington. I would like to pay the water bill for this online as we are not fully moved there yet. I have been trying to send my payment online for several days and it always says I must input my full name when I have already done so. Then I can go no further.
I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.

Owner,James R. Brown, wrote and stated he would like the bill for this property reviewed by USB Subcommittee. He does not think he should be responsible for large, delinquent account of his former tenants.
My water will doubled, but I did not increase my usage significantly. Could I have my meter evaluated?
I have two meter readings on my bill. The second meter ending in 994 has never been on our bill before.
