The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.

On Sunday there was a break in a water pipe that necessitated digging up the street in from of our house and mail box.The work was left unfinished, I assume due to the snow fall. Is it possible t repair and finish now that the weather has improved. It is difficult for the mailman to deliver mail.

This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn

The south end of the sidewalk in phase 2 near the gazebo is sinking. There is at least 20 inches of no dirt below the sidewalk, hence it is sinking. The sidewalk is next to the sewer drain where the earth has disappeared and with all of the water problems we have had recently with water mains, the city needs to come inspect. One city worked thought this drain runs right next to departed neighbor Cassie Howard's condo which then should worry us as the ground beneath her condo also disappeared causing her slab to sink and foundation to go bad. These two problems could be connected and the area below the sidewalk cannot simply be filled in with dirt. It has to be inspected including a city inspection. We need to see why it is all sinking.

Erosion undercutting sidewalk. Half way between Fenbrook Ct. and S. Baldwin Dr. on the north side of Fields Dr (aka Fenbrook Ln) near the retention pond the sidewalk is undercut and will eventually break. The erosion is on the north edge of the sidewalk.

street drain in front of 1309 South Lincoln is completely blocked and has been for Years..literally.. I could post a photo but don't know where to send it..A few years ago I reported this and the Department said they didn't see a problem.. THe water backs up over the sidewalk.. Obviously there is a problem..The puddle is about 40 feet wide and out into the street almost to the center
