The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn

This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). On Sunday there was a break in a water pipe that necessitated digging up the street in from of our house and mail box.The work was left unfinished, I assume due to the snow fall. Is it possible t repair and finish now that the weather has improved. It is difficult for the mailman to deliver mail.
Repaired sidewalk cracked again due to heavy city trucks traffic on easement. My driveway also cracked and broken in same area.
The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.
A year ago the fire hydrant on the north west corner of my lot was changed out for another one and 4 squares of concrete were taken out and replaced. No one came back to d repair the damage done to the lawn and fill in with dirt and plant grass. There is an 8-10 inch drop off the edge of the sidewalk where someone could break their ankle if they fell off the sidewalk. The fire hydrant is unusually tall as it stands on top of a giant pipe that sticks out of the ground 10-12 inches. I don’t believe this was some of your best work.

Large amounts of water have been draining out of the parking lot of Morrison's Appliance store on West Kirkwood Ave. During freezing temperatures, this creates a large sheet of ice accross the sidewalk and along the northern edge of Kirkwood Ave creating a hazard for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.
