Can you please provide an update on the storm drain repair? the drainage inlet is broken.
Storm drain is failing and needs new housing.
Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates
The storm drain continues to stay clogged at 16th and Jackson. We have cleaned it 4 times this year. It. Is a drainage design flaw. Everything washes out and gets clogged .
This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. Thank you. There is a metal service door with a hole in it and the cap to this hole is missing. This is nothing to extreme, but it could be a hazard.
I tripped on this manhole cover and am worried that someone else may do the same. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate a potential future issue?
There is a large Tree of Heaven invasive species growing where the Uplift Pump is located just west of my address, 4325 E. Weymouth Lane in Parkridge East. I have tied yellow duck tapr around t to make it easier to see. Please remove this tree and any of its' off shoots as it is rather large now and will present a sidewalk safety issue. Thank you.
SE corner of lot just west of alley and close to the sidewalk there is a medium-sized, water-meter pit that is uncovered. Lid is not around, apparently. Dangerous trip hazard at night, and animals could fall in.
