On Hinkle Rd North of Griffy Lake about a half mile there is a water hydrant spewing water. Time 11:41 am date 10-13-25
Water leak near sidewalk! URGENT!!!
The meter is full of dirt. Can someone come and check it out.
The fire hydrant near the cul-de-sac, was recently tested, and now there is a small leak from the fire hydrant dripping constantly for the last 2-3 weeks.
It is sinking and needs cleaned.
The whole street smells like sewage
There is a relatively large water meter lid (maybe 18" in diameter) that is crooked and now stuck in an awkward position. It is located on the east side of Park about 40' south of 12th Street along the ROW. Since there are no longer buildings at this location (it might have served the old laudromat), it's possible this meter is no longer being used. If so, maybe the pit should be filled in. The way it is now, someone could trip on it or step into it or an animal could fall in and get stuck. It has been loose for at least several years and we have repositioned the lid every time it became uncentered, but this time it is locked in place and we cannot (meaning, we do not want to try to) fix it.
I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts! Thanks!
Sewer line back-up at 214 S Hillsdale Court, multiple areas of roots in lateral line. That line was cleared by Commercial Service. City Issue: Sanitary sewer manhole cover/pit located in circle perpendicular to 214 Hillsdale Court accessed, multiple roots visualized, will be the next area for clog. Please assess and address the root problem in pit. Thank you. Mike at Olympus
