Raised valve cover in sidewalk creating trip hazard.
Raised valve cover in sidewalk creating trip hazard.
I tripped on this manhole cover and am worried that someone else may do the same. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate a potential future issue?
Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.
Curb has sunk about 6 inches below road pavement creating deep hole. Caused by broken connection to sewer pipe on city property. City supposedly repaired the leak over a year ago, but area is still sinking to the point that ground level is now below the pavement and still sinking.
Erosion undercutting sidewalk. Half way between Fenbrook Ct. and S. Baldwin Dr. on the north side of Fields Dr (aka Fenbrook Ln) near the retention pond the sidewalk is undercut and will eventually break. The erosion is on the north edge of the sidewalk.
Sewer line Digging in yard has caused large amounts of fresh mud on sidewalk. Ongoing problem of errosion for months
This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. A curb box/catch basin on the east side of Fee Lane just north of 17th street is full of debris and clogged up. A large pool forms after a rain and lasts for days. Thank you.
This is the second time I have reported this issue. In the fall there was a water main break on our street and the water company did not properly repair the dig site. We now have a mud pit/hole at the site of the repair and we recently had a visitor trip and almost fall at the site. I would appreciate this being fixed right away. Thank you, John Tweedie
There was a street water main break last year. The reseeding of this repaired area failed and we have ended up with a mud pit. We would appreciate there city adding back the soil and reseeding. Thank you.
