my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403.
I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. It appears to be a leak before the meter as far as I can tell. Email is best contact thanks,
- Nick Westover.

The last time my water meter was read, the lid didn't latch when the reader returned it. Now that spring is here, I'm a bit worried it could be a tripping hazard if a kid stepped on it. 3409 S McDougal Ct Bloomington, IN 47403
Work order sent out 4/1/19 to secure meter lid

Low water pressure. I tried to schedule a pressure test, but too many days of freezing temps. Let's reschedule. Thanks!

In FYI about water meter on Fess north of 4th Street. When I stepped on the concrete around the meter, it all levered up. I think the gap is visible in the photo.
Utilities checked area on Fess N. of Second- found no problem with meter pits- did see an open hole in tree plot marked in white.Does not appear to be utility related.

My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.
