you should have a place for people to make suggestions, (or have an eamil adress or SOMETHING at least) like this one i want to share with SOMEONE about the city providing broadband. my bro's city in CO does this and it looks like a really awesome program: http://www.longmontcolorado.gov/departments/departments-e-m/longmont- power-communications/broadband-service/learn-about-broadband/broadband-frequently-asked-questions
I'm wondering why JSON lists from the Bloomington portal cannot be pulled by anyone. Specifically, we were trying to pull http://bloomington.in.gov/inroads/events?format=json. We get Origin 'http://devindiana.com' is therefore not allowed access. My question is: if this is public data, why can't it be accessed directly by the public. In other words, it students want to build a web site displaying current road closings in Bloomington, do they need special access? We were hoping to use local resources in development classes to demonstrate web sites with local data. Thanks.
https://bloomington.in.gov/mayor?lang=es Hi, the Spanish language site shows Mark Kruzan as mayor instead of John Hamilton.
How does one email the mayor or any other city official? This ought to be part of our digital century. More specifically, i want information on how I can personally filter my water to make it safe. I'd like to see water safety information front and center on your website. Thanks.
The online utility payment is down.
geoBingAn is an crowdsourcing App for disaster information coordination. It now can be extended for daily report with 311 API.
Fee Lane Northbound Lane and Sidewalk Closure (06/15/2015 – 08/03/2015) The northbound lane and sidewalk of Fee Lane between 11th Street and Law Lane will be closed through approximately 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, to install new steam and water lines. The southbound lane and sidewalk will remain open.
I wanted to report a pothole, so I first looked under "Streets", but there was no place there for potholes. I then looked under "Hazards", but there wasn't a place there either. I finally found it under "Most Popular". It's OK to put things under "Most Popular", but they also should be under the category that they logically fit under.
I am a PhD student doing research at New York University. I am interested in the Open311 program and would like to get a key to the test server.
