In the alley behind parking garage next to Scottys. Graffiti all over trash dumpsters, fencing housing trash cans, and recent report of multiple rats seen in this area and excessive trash (not observed today).

There’s a lot of overgrowth on Rogers at Second, on the southwest corner, adjacent to the location of the old hospital. It’s hard to get a stroller past and I think it would be harder for a person who uses a wheelchair. Doesn’t the city own that? Please fix. Thanks.

Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located.
