I walk Kirkwood to get coffee at Soma every morning. Next to the Z and C Teriyaki across from Nick's is a homeless gentleman who is always sleeping there. There is always trash, sometimes a dog. Often he is also there at other times. He often is loud if he isn't sleeping. This has been going on a long time and I am not sure why he hasn't been asked to vacate. I understand that homeless individuals will be on Kirkwo and I have no pr with this. But the trash and the fact that he has chosen to camp out there is a concern

Sidewalk about half blocked with vegetation. on the west side of college ave, just south of 14th street. blocked from about 100ft north of the train bridge to about 100ft south of it. It's supposed to be a nice wide sidewalk and it would be awesome if we could use the full width! thanks!

“Free Speech Bridge” on Eagleson Avenue has hateful, disturbing grafitti. The red hands, red triangles and “Zionism Will Fall” messaging are paticulalry heinous and disturbing as they are often viewed as a call to violence, a call for the murder of all Jewish people. I am a wheelchair user. Every time it snows deep like it has now the snow plows from the city pile of the snow in front of the curb cuts. I was just downtown trying to get across college on Kirkwood. Could not get it through the snow. Very frustrating every year it snows.
