Former Sullivan's Store building at 115 N. Washington Street. Downspouts were tagged with marker (?) The building is currently vacant and available to rent. There are two swastikas spray painted on utility boxes in the alleyway attached to the Osteria Rago building. I notified the restaurant on 1/19/22 and nothing has been done about it still.
