I would like to know what code or regulation at INDOT or USDOT allows barriers on the street that are high vis orange to be covered up and camouflaged? These would be the parking places in front of certain restaurants. What liability does the City haven’t allowing this to happen?
105 e. driscoll - some windows have been boarded up but others appear to remain broken, this looks like a dangerous attractive nuisance. the legal department should endeavor to get a local court to impose a receivership or otherwise order some compliance with health and safety here.

The scooter is still on the corner of 3rd Street and Meadowbrook, blocking the handicapped-accessible sidewalk ramp. This issue will eventually lead to an accident. Please immediately remove this nuisance from the sidewalk accessibility ramp. I went outside at 5:09 PM and took the picture uploaded here.
A Lime e-bike has been parked on the sidewalk since the Labor Day weekend (Saturday). Can the neighbors and I bring it somewhere so it is no longer a hazard? To Switchyard Park? Also, what is the town of Bloomington's law regarding how long these rented vehicles can remain abandoned on a public sidewalk? And if a pedestrian is injured by this e-bike while blocking the sidewalk, would the law go after the town of Bloomington, the entity that has legalized this type of vehicle's use? Previously, there was an e-bike on my neighbor's front lawn for six weeks. My neighbor should be given a form of payment for use/rental of the front lawn for the vehicle's storage. ELIDA C. We need more indoor dog training and daycare businesses. As we keep increasing density, there is a lack of services. How can we make this happen? Can the city work to get more emergency veterinary services as well for our growing population? It seems pet watching services need an expanded area in which they’re allowed. They’re essential for functioning cities. We love our pets and want more care! Thanks for considering and hopefully working on this!
City webpages: Your U-Report lists Bird, Lime and VeoRide scooters - "click here for problems, etc." - isn't Bird the only scooter company still licensed? Also, when you look for other scooter info, it shows a YouTube video with a Veo scooter and lists all three companies - Web pages need updated!
