The Back Door is having adult entertainment and are in a area not zoned for adult entertainment. To my understanding, that is not allowed at their location. Please stop this before everyone is doing it.

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space.
Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404.
We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease.
We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move?
No response has been provided to date.
This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers.
We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control.
Warrant needs an answer to the following questions;
• Will we be required to move out?
• If yes, when will we be required to move?
• If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years?
V/R,
Mike

I am a former employee of Security Pro 247and wish to remain anonymous. I was an operations supervisor and was asked by the owner of the company Arron Waltz to sign insurance docs for him. I refused and he did it anyways and was arrested last month on 2 felony counts of forging insurance documents. I have included the news article in the file upload. Arron states that he is not the owner of the company just the director but the state license agency has him listed as the owner. Security Pro 247 has guards at switchyard park and recently at the taste of Bloomington and they do not have the insurance to do so and have had they security license suspended due to the Waltz arrest. Also they are they not permitted with the insurance they did have to work any events that have alcohol on location.

Can someone from the city comment on what private property owners can do with scooters abandoned, left, or staged on their property? Calls to the scooter companies to have these moved are not often met with a prompt response.

Can departments collaborate to inform a climate resiliency plan regarding tree canopy? Disadvantaged communities and areas on the heat map need to be addressed with priority and we need to find a way to incorporate this to private land. Can this become a council and administration priority? Thank you for consideration!

Go Bloomington needs to update its website: it claims Bird, Lime, and local program Veo all provide service in the City of Bloomington.

Bird e-bikes are terrible. Solid rubber tires make for a nasty rough ride. No bell to alert nearby pedestrians or cyclists if needed. Frame is so tall that even on its lowest seat setting it’s barely possible to get on it. A smaller adult than I would not be able to ride this bike at all. Lime bikes were far better quality ride. Alas, I’m using my car much more frequently now that the city refused to find a common ground with Lime and Lime e-bikes are gone.

According to Beacon (formerly Elevate), the chair of Art Commission lives in County near W Church Ln and claims homestead there. Again, how can that be allowed for only this commission? There are many good applicants for other commissions who are denied because they are not claiming voter registration at alternate family member address in city limits.
