The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. Witnessed a biker cut off a vehicle while turning off a side road when the car had the ROW. I have seen this happen more and more increasingly and biker education from the City on traffic regulations and requirements seems to not be a priority or being shared. They cannot be both a pedestrian and a vehicle and follow no traffic laws at all. This needs to be worked on.
