The sidewalks from Hillside down to the 1500 block of Walnut have not had snow removal according to Malhar Lakshman (848)467-6635. He is a student that takes the bus from Hillside and Walnut to class. He stated that there are many students walking in the street at this location.

In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. Staff received verbal complaint of tree of heaven patch at 1123 E Miller Dr. Staff inspected site, which did appear to be tree of heaven. Tree of heaven primarily on private property, but may be going on City parcel as well.

Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
